At Eloriz, we want you to love every piece of jewelry you receive. Each item is carefully inspected before it is shipped, but if something isn't right, we're here to help. Our return and refund process is designed to be simple, fair, and transparent.

Return Window

India: 14 days from the date of delivery

International: 30 days from the date of delivery

You have this window from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must:

1. Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

2. Include the original invoice/receipt, packaging, tags, and any accessories that came  with the order

3. Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Returns requested after the applicable return window (14 days for India, 30 days for International) will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at elorizfinejewellery@gmail.com or hello@eloriz.com within your applicable return window, and include:

 

Your order number

The name of the item you wish to return

The reason for your return

Clear photos, if the item is damaged or incorrect

 

Once your request is reviewed and accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of your refund status.

2. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time (typically 5–10 business days) for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

3. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at elorizfinejewellery@gmail.com or hello@eloriz.com.

4. Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item and its packaging

Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different design or size, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we'll discuss alternative options or process a refund where applicable.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want: return your current item, and once approved, place a new order separately.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

1. Personalized, engrave or custom-made jewelry

2. Gift cards

3. Items marked "Final Sale," "Non-Returnable," or purchased on sale

European Union 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 30 days, for any reason, without justification — in addition to the standard International policy above. Items must be returned unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by Eloriz. We recommend using a trackable shipping service — Eloriz is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
